In consideration of submitting this application, I/we being the Parent(s)/Guardian of the pupil jointly agree with the following在提交此入学申请时，作为该学生的父母/监护人，我/我们同意下列条款：

1. I/We understand that the application fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
我/我们理解申请费用为一次性收取并不退还，不转让。

2. I/we will abide by The King’s School Shenzhen International policies and procedures as notified to us from time to time
我/我们将遵守深圳市南山区坎特伯雷国王学校的正式颁布或者通知的相关政策和程序。

3. The King’s School Shenzhen International has our permission to contact my/our child’s previous school in order to obtain information relevant to this application.
我/我们允许深圳市南山区坎特伯雷国王学校联系我/我们的孩子以前就读的学校，以便掌握与此入学申请相关的信息。

4. I/We authorize The King’s School Shenzhen International to include photographs or images of myself and my child taken at an event held by the School in its promotional materials.
本人授权深圳市南山区坎特伯雷国王学校使用本人及本人子女出席学校活动所拍摄的相关照片或图像于其宣传资料当中。

5. I/we will promptly inform the College if any given information described in this application form changes.
如果本申请中的任何信息发生变更，我/我们将立即通知校方。

6. That all holders of parental responsibility for the below-named pupil have signed this Application Form.
申请就读本校的学生负有监护人责任的人员签署本申请表。

7. I/we understand and commit that honesty and integrity must be upheld throughout the application and admission process. Parents and students are required to provide complete and truthful materials and information. The school will strictly comply with relevant regulations and policies to ensure fairness and impartiality in handling all applications. Any consequences arising from false or inaccurate information provided will be borne solely by the parents.
我/我们理解并承诺：在我/我们的被监护人申请与入学过程中，我/我们应秉持诚实和守信的原则。我/我们承诺我及我/我们的被监护人如实、完整地提供相关材料与信息，若因我及我/我们的被监护人提供虚假或不实材料而引发任何后果，责任将由我/我们自行承担。
